Engagements for media authentication, forensic analysis, and certification are delivered under a separate written agreement, purchase order, or statement of work ("SOW"). In case of conflict, the SOW controls. Site content is for general information and marketing purposes and is not a guarantee of specific outcomes.

2. Evidence Intake & Client Materials

• You represent that you have lawful rights to submit any files or materials for verification.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal data unless requested in a secure intake process.
• We may refuse or suspend processing where there is suspected illegality, risk, or conflict.

Evidence is handled per our chain‑of‑custody procedures. We will not add advertising identifiers to evidence and we will not use evidence to train models without your written permission.

3. Confidentiality

We treat non‑public client materials as confidential and use them solely to provide services, subject to legal requirements. Separate non‑disclosure agreements may apply.

4. Intellectual Property

The Site, its design, text, and content are owned by Gold Stone or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Reports and certificates delivered in an engagement are licensed to the client for internal use and for the specific legal, corporate, or media purpose described in the SOW, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
